SHANDA MASTERSON - 40 under 40

Shanda Masterson is the assistant general manager at the North Idaho State Fair and Kootenai County Fairgrounds, where she has worked since October 2021.

“The facility literally could not run without Shanda,” her nomination reads.

She is involved in the rodeo, the fair’s youth stock show and sale and scheduling vendors.

She does all this while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude, always willing to lend a hand. Shanda is also the current Idaho District 1 director for the National Barrel Horse Association.
