The Ronald McDonald House on 2300 Ironwood Plaza in Coeur d’Alene was recognized by the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors as a Business of the Month. Families who have pediatric patients receiving care at Kootenai Health, and live out of town, are welcomed, free of charge, to stay in their new “home away from home.” They enjoy free laundry facilities, shuttle rides to and from the hospital, frequent meals prepared by volunteers through our Make-A-Meal program and much more. Families will connect and heal in the beautiful new guest rooms, kitchen and family dining area, kid’s playroom, outdoor playground and family-friendly community spaces. Volunteers and donor contributors are always welcome to support the families.
