Orthopedic Physical Therapy Institute opens in Hayden

Orthopedic Physical Therapy Institute (OPTI) is new at 8468 N. Wayne Drive in Hayden.

A branch of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine, OPTI has a licensed therapy team that provides orthopedic rehabilitation and recovery for conditions that would cause pain or limited functional mobility such as fractures, tendonitis, bursitis, muscle strains, ligament sprains and postoperative conditions in an effort to help healing, improve strength, range of motion and overall functional ability.

New building planned for Appleway Quarter

Commercial spaces on the first floor and 24 apartments on the second and third floors are planned for a new Appleway Quarter building planned for 281 E. Appleway (behind the existing Wellness Bar and Hometown Chiro building).

Three of the four spots are temporarily reserved on the first floor with 5,000 square feet remaining. The apartments will include 16 two-bed, two-bath units and eight one-bed one-bath, all with access to a third-floor barbecue sun deck and private gym.

Revival Tea Co. opens downtown

A tasting room and Boba Bar are open on the corner of Northwest Boulevard and Lakeside Avenue in downtown Coeur d'Alene.

The menu features items from Revival Tea Company's tasting room including tea flights, tea mocktails and a Boba Bar full menu. Hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Drew Henry is founder and tea-maker.

Judy's Greenhouse is The Good Seed

What has been Judy's Greenhouse at 37 W. Wyoming Ave. in Hayden is now The Good Seed with new owner Hunter Kennedy and marketing manager Brenda Goulet.

The inventory includes perennial and annual flowers, vegetables and herbs including comfrey. Seasonal plants to be added include mums in the fall, Christmas trees in the winter and more. A fall festival will be added.

The current greenhouse hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday will be expanded. Phone 208-772-2560.

Idaho Rock Creations open in Post Falls

Specializing in custom stone countertops, Idaho Rock Creations is open at 923 N. Boulder Court in Post Falls.

The products include granite, quartz, marble, quartzite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms. Master craftsman David Curry offers fireplace hearths, bowls, knives and other items made from stone. He is joined by son Camron and wife Cristy Guy-Curry. Daughter Shania Rush has a nail technician area.

Heartwood at Millworx community opens

A reenvisioned apartment and commercial community called Heartwood at Millworx is now on the old Idaho Veneer mill site at 910 W. Fourth Ave. in Post Falls.

Live group demonstrations and mini-seminars on nutrition and fitness will be offered at the grand opening of Shift Fitness next Saturday and Sunday at 910 E. Fourth Ave. (Suite B) in Post Falls.

• Bioperformance Institute has a "coming soon" sign in the center space of the Plaza Shops downtown.

• Huetter Business Park, which is three flex industrial and office buildings owned by Etco Services, will open in late fall on Huetter Road north of Interstate 90 and Seltice Way. • Many commercial construction projects are happening between Stateline and Post Falls. Here's a list of the places. Hayden Ave. Make It Messy is a blend between an arts and craft space, sensory play and activities such as at a children's museum. • New buildings under construction in Hayden include Lake Forest Interior Design (9245 Government Way) and Hayden Surgery Center (8552 Government Way).

• A commercial building with three suites is being constructed at 9041 N. Hess St. (just north of Walmart) in Hayden. • TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hotel is being built where the Outback Steakhouse was in the southeast corner of I-90 and Northwest Boulevard.

• A new commercial and residential building, Midtown Centre, is being built at 821 N. Fourth St.

• A DOMA Coffee Roasting Co. will be on the over-the-river side of a development being built where the end of Atlas Road meets the Spokane River.

• Sebastian's Coffee & Pastry will be at 1114 W. Ironwood.

• Pilgrims Market will expand to a building across the street.

• A new pizza place will be in the former Syringa building on Fourth Street.
