JEANNA PADILLA - 40 under 40

Jeanna Padilla, a pediatric nurse practitioner, with her business partner, started Northwest Pediatrics. With an added certificate in mental health, Jeanna provides a much-needed service to our community.

She is the founder of SPARK Coaching (Supporting Positive and Resilient Kids), a cognitive behavioral-based curriculum she developed to encourage teenagers to build resilience and change thought patterns over time.

She has spent hours helping nursing students prepare to care for the pediatric population, volunteering as a youth leader at Lake City Church and on the Kootenai Bridge Academy Board of Directors.

“She is a selfless and dedicated advocate for youth and mental health in the community, and she is making a difference every day,” said her nomination. “The world needs more practitioners like Jeanna Padilla.”
