Smith + Malek Attorneys hires Oman as COO

Smith + Malek Attorneys has hired Jessica Oman as its Chief Operations Officer. Oman is based at Smith + Malek’s Spokane office. Her previous roles included Director of Strategy & Operations at a regional law firm and Chief of Staff at a consulting firm, where she engaged as a strategist on many consulting projects.

Oman holds a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, and has a Women in Entrepreneurial Leadership Certificate from the University of Washington. Her calling is in helping people identify and attain their full potential, which she does in a professional capacity by blending her operational efficiency and people-centered leadership.
