BF hospital opens Central Line Cafe
BONNERS FERRY — The grand opening of the newly transformed Central Line Cafe, offers patients, staff and community a focus on healthy, fresh and affordable food at Boundary Community Hospital.
BCH officials said the transformed cafe is part of their efforts to provide exceptional care that extends beyond medical services. Recognizing the importance of a positive dining experience, the hospital partnered with Thomas Cuisine, a renowned regional provider, to elevate the Central Line Cafe. This collaboration leverages the expertise of Thomas Cuisine while retaining dedicated BCH Nutrition Services staff, BCH officials said.
“We are thrilled to offer our patients, staff, and the community a vibrant new dining option,” Bryce Cordle, chief nursing officer, said. “The Central Line Cafe prioritizes fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create healthy and delicious meals at affordable prices.
