Adams joins Heritage Health
Glenn Adams is the new Chief Operations Officer at Heritage Health. Adams has more than 25 years of progressive health care leadership experience.
Adams has a pharmacist background, which has been the foundation of his leadership journey. He previously led pharmacy teams, ancillary services, and all operations within community hospitals and ambulatory clinics including specialty and primary care.
Originally from Denver, Glenn grew up in Seattle and spent the last 25 years in Wenatchee. He is married to his wife, Cheryl, and has two daughters. In his free time, he loves traveling with his family, mountain biking, snowboarding and tinkering with pinball machines.
Adams is a results-oriented, intentional leader who enjoys deconstructing the complexity of health care and finding innovative solutions to improve patient care. He values relationship building, culture, diversity and fun in all he does. Adams is committed to developing strong community connections and has a passion for nurturing individual growth within teams.
He earned his pharmacy degrees from the University of Washington and a master’s degree from New England College for Health Care Management in 2015. In 2024, Adams completed a Chief Operation Officer program through MIT xPRO where he focused on strategy, business transformation, technology and leadership.
