40 Under 40: Jess Luchini

Client experience specialist Jess Luchini, 35, has been with the Smith + Malek law firm for just under one year.

She works directly with attorneys and clients, ensuring relationships start off on a positive note. This includes running important conflict checks with diligence and extreme attention to detail, executing reports, assisting legal assistants and their needs with drafting client letters and preparing the office for in-house depositions.

Luchini said being named a 40 Under 40 winner for the North Idaho Business Journal is a huge honor.

"To be recognized in a class with such deserving individuals reminds you that small accomplishments every day turn into big results," she said. "I am grateful that my efforts have made an impact on my peers and colleagues."

She said receiving this accolade has shown her that hard work pays off.

"As a single mom, I am thankful that my girls can watch and learn from me, on how they can make an impact in their own lives as they grow into young women and make their mark on the world," Luchini said. "Thank you to everyone who saw something in me, when I might have not seen it myself."
