Winston & Cashatt welcomes new associate Thompson
Winston & Cashatt is proud to announce that Kenneth A. Thompson has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Thompson’s practice focuses on civil litigation and real estate.
Thompson grew up in Coeur d’Alene. He is a graduate of the American University, Washington, D.C., College of Law. As a student, he gained courtroom experience through the school’s Criminal Justice Clinic representing defendants and later as a prosecutor in Prince George’s County, Md. His coursework focused heavily on the Constitution and Administrative Law.
After graduating in 2004, Thompson pursued a career coaching soccer at the club and collegiate levels, including more than 10 years as the head coach of the North Idaho College Men’s Soccer Program. While at NIC, he also taught as Adjunct Faculty in the political science and English departments and served on committees concerning facility development, college governance, academic success and Title IX.
