Cd'A Casino Resort spa introduces Aescape

WORLEY — Wellness is meeting the future as the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel has added new wellness technology with the installation of Aescape, an AI-powered, automated massage experience at its Spa Ssakwa'q'n (pronounced Sock-wah-kin).

The first of its kind in the Pacific Northwest, Aescape offers a personalized alternative to traditional massages, hotel officials said. The system combines AI technology with human-centric design to deliver customized massage. Using a body scan, guests can select target areas, duration, pressure level and other preferences.

"Our new Aescape massage gives guests more privacy," Laura Penney, Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel CEO, said. "Some people aren't comfortable with others touching them in such an intimate way. This allows everyone to be at peace while revitalizing themselves through tailor-made massages."

Penney said spas with Aescape saw increased massage bookings and revenue growth, with customer satisfaction around 90%.

"We would not have introduced Aescape to our spa if there wasn't proven success with the technology," Penney said. "Likewise, it was imperative to know that the percentage of satisfied guests was virtually unanimous."

Guests can book appointments for the massage experience starting in February at Spa Ssakwa'q'n. The AI-driven system delivers consistent sessions that meet set standards.
