Local website developers empowered by AI

Artificial intelligence is becoming a game-changer in website development, and Victory Alliance Marketing founder Grant Richards is all for it.

The Post Falls-based marketing company specializes in website design and search engine optimization — both of which can be time-consuming and labor-intensive processes.

By delegating algorithmic and analytic tasks to AI, Richards says he and his team can take on more clients and spend more time cultivating relationships during the design process.

“Ultimately, this technology gets us more output per unit of time,” Richards said. “If we can automate tasks, it allows us to focus on other things.”

AI programming allows Victory Alliance Marketing to create concepts quicker and in higher quantities, Richards explained, but that doesn’t mean their designs lose the client’s personal touch. Rather, the work done by AI is providing a starting point for creativity to thrive.

“It allows us to do our job more effectively,” Richards said.

Even as website developers increasingly turn to AI, the goal has always remained the same: to help business owners succeed in a digital world that is constantly evolving.

“I saw the need when I had friends that owned businesses and just weren’t getting what they’re paying for,” Richards explained.

AI innovation is everywhere in the digital world, even if users don’t realize it.

According to the research engine Zippia, about 77% of consumers use AI, but only about 33% of this group realize they’re doing so.

In fact, many interact with AI on a daily basis; AI-powered chatbots are becoming an increasingly common means of providing instant access customer service on company websites, and social media platforms rely on AI to create more curated user experiences.

Victory Alliance Marketing appears to be on the front end of the AI wave.

According to Zippia, only 25% of businesses globally have already integrated AI into their operations, while a staggering 79% of sales and marketing leaders say AI has helped increase company revenues.

Since developers have only begun to scratch the surface of what can be done with AI, the technology is constantly evolving — meaning users are constantly innovating in the way they apply these tools.

“Every day this technology is getting more and more advanced,” Richards said.
