To say our summer in North Idaho has been unprecedented is an understatement. Many of our annual events have been canceled, but that doesn’t mean the fun has been canceled. With our beautiful lakes and rivers, trails and parks, this summer has given the main stage to the natural beauty and recreational opportunities around this place we call home.

Our August Connect 4 Lunch is always a fan favorite, the annual barbecue at the Trail Head Event Center at Q’emlin Park from noon to 1 p.m. (doors open at 11:30 a.m.). Black Tie Catering will offer a delicious spread and the program is all about YOU! Bring a raffle prize and you get 60 seconds at the microphone to share your call to action.

Sept. 24 is our Annual Membership Appreciation Party here at the Post Falls Chamber. Food, drinks, entertainment — all with you at the center of our celebration. We are grateful for your loyal membership and support (4-6 p.m. at the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce Building).

Oct. 6 is our CEO Speakers Series presented by Idaho Central Credit Union with featured speaker, Jerry Lyon, North Idaho Market Manager for First Interstate Bank. Templin’s Red Lion from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Oct. 7 is our Annual Community Business Fair at the Greyhound Event Center. Thank you to our Grand Sponsor, Northwest Specialty Hospital for your continued support. More than 90 businesses and service groups under one roof! Play business bingo to win fabulous prizes! Bring your business cards to enter the drawings! Business to Business networking hour for vendors from 3-4 p.m. — free and open to the public from 4-6 p.m.
