Fortus Realty, Inc. appoints Lundy and Dussell

Denise Lundy, a broker with Fortus Realty, Inc., was recently elected first vice president of Idaho Realtors. Ms. Lundy has served on the Idaho Realtors executive committee for the past two years for the organization of nearly 12,000 members.

Idaho Realtors advocates for and educates members, and provides the forms that Realtor members use to transact real estate. The organization has a robust government affairs program, including a full-time government affairs director in Boise, and state and federal political coordinators.

As first vice president of Idaho Realtors, Ms. Lundy will move into the role of president in 2023. In this role, Denise serves as the treasurer and presents the organization’s financials to the executive committee and board of directors. She is an ex officio member of all of the organization’s many committees. Lundy completed a two year term, serving as IR's North District V.P. before being elected to first vice president. Ms. Lundy will be one of only a handful to serve as Idaho Realtors president from the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors since 1947.

Ms. Lundy is a member of the Coeur d'Alene, Selkirk, and Spokane Association of Realtors, has served as the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors board president, and was named Realtor of the Year for the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors and Realtor of the Year for Idaho Realtors.

Rich Dussell, of Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty, was elected to serve as Idaho Realtors North District vice president for a two year term. Rich will be the conduit between the four Realtor associations that make up the Idaho Relators North District and the IR Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Mr. Dussell served as Coeur d'Alene multiple listing service board president in 2020.

Both Lundy and Dussell have served many nonprofit boards, professional organizations, and service groups throughout North Idaho.

New Hires with TitleOne

Nancy Green has joined TitleOne as an escrow assistant in the company’s Coeur d’Alene office. She has 45 years of escrow and customer service experience.

Kira Herndon has joined TitleOne as a delivery specialist in the company’s Coeur d’Alene office. She has 10 years of customer service experience and has a degree in psychology from the University of Idaho.

Faith Bodak has joined TitleOne as an escrow assistant in the company’s Coeur d’Alene office. She has 3 years of customer service experience and studied at North Idaho College.

Jessica Jensen has joined TitleOne as a title assistant in the company’s Coeur d’Alene office. She has extensive customer service experience over 11 years of experience with county recorders. Jensen is also an Idaho native.

Jacque Eaker has joined TitleOne as an escrow assistant in the company’s Coeur d’Alene office. She has 25 years of customer service experience, is a prior real estate agent and has three years of escrow experience. Eaker has a total of 28 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Mike Hammer has joined TitleOne as the vice president of North Idaho and Eastern Washington in the company's Coeur d’Alene office. He has 20 years of sales experience and 10 years of title and escrow experience. Hammer attended Northwest Nazarene University where he received a degree in social work.

Robert Keil has joined TitleOne as a Senior Title Officer in the company's Coeur d’Alene office. He has 28 years of title experience and an associate degree in pastoral ministry.

Corcoran, Sheehan promoted at Spokane International Airport

Spokane International Airport announces Lisa Corcoran was promoted to manager of planning and engineering, where she will be responsible for planning, environmental, engineering and complex construction activities at Spokane International Airport, the Airport Business Park and Felts Field.

Corcoran joined the airport staff in 2014, most recently serving as project manager. She was named the 2020 Woman of the Year by the Spokane-Coeur d’Alene Chapter of the Women in Transportation Seminar.

Corcoran holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alaska-Anchorage.

The Airport has also promoted Ryan Sheehan to a new executive position as chief operating officer. In this role he will oversee the Airport’s operations, maintenance, Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) and Information Technology (IT) departments. He joined the Airport in 2008 and most recently served as the director of operations and maintenance.

Sheehan is also the first vice-president of the Northwest Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and also serves as a national director on the AAAE Board of Directors.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management of Technical Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

Kissire promoted to Numerica CDA branch

Tessla Kissire was recently selected to lead the Coeur d’Alene branch of Numerica Credit Union as manager.

“Tessla is a servant leader who is passionate about developing employees while helping our membership live well,” Numerica AVP Regional Director Spencer Brower said. “With her experience and knowledge, she will make a strong impact on the Coeur d’Alene branch and the North Idaho community.”

Kissire has aided every aspect of branch operations since she started with Numerica as a part-time service representative in 2012. Most recently she was assistant branch manager in Coeur d’Alene. She specializes in helping people build or rebuild their credit as well as connecting consumers, small businesses, and homeowners to the right loan product.

Mountain West Bank promotes Gonsalves

Mountain West Bank has promoted Alison Gonsalves to the chief credit officer role at the bank.

Gonsalves has held a variety of roles with the bank and previously managed the Coeur d'Alene commercial lending team, from 2011 to 2018. Most recently, as executive vice president and commercial lending manager, she oversaw the bank's commercial lending and loan servicing departments.

"Alison has worked at Mountain West Bank since its inception 27 years ago," CEO Scott Anderson said. "Her wealth of experience as a community banker and familiarity with our markets and customers make Alison a great fit for this new role and expanded responsibilities."

Gonsalves is a graduate of the University of Washington Pacific Coast Banking School and a longtime volunteer with St. Vincent de Paul and Hospice of North Idaho.

Morton joins Murray Group

Murray Group, an employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm in Coeur d’Alene, announces that Aaron Morton has joined the company as a benefits consultant.

Morton brings more than 20 years of experience in assisting individuals and employers with insurance-related benefits. The strong relationships he has built with regional and national insurance partners will allow him to effectively meet his clients’ goals. Morton is passionate about finding solutions to help clients balance the cost of health care with providing the correct level of coverage for their employees’ needs.

Erickson, Harris become Life Directors

North Idaho Building Contractors Association (NIBCA) is pleased to announce that Angela Erickson, with First Interstate Bank and Dusty Harris, with PayneWest Insurance, have met all the qualifications to become Life Directors of the North Idaho Building Contractors Association. They have been actively involved in the NIBCA and held various positions on the Board of Directors for the past seven-plus years.
