Kiemle Hagood announced the completion of several commercial lease transactions.

Elevated Physical Therapy has leased 1,975 square feet of new retail space at 8827 N. Government Way, Suite 102, from Rathdrum Mountain, LLC. Occupation date: May 1. Mary Kienbaum and Pat Eberlin with Kiemle Hagood handled the transaction.

Churchill Mortgage has leased 1,524 square feet of new office space at 1250 Ironwood Drive, Suite 201. Occupation date: March 1. Mary Kienbaum with Kiemle Hagood represented the tenant and landlord.

McCampbell Insurance has leased 1,200 square feet of new office space at 1250 N. Northwood Center Court, Suite B. Occupation date: March 1. Mary Kienbaum with Kiemle Hagood represented the tenant and landlord.

LSC Communications has leased 30,114 square feet of new industrial space at 813 S. Lochsa St., Suite 100, Post Falls, Clearwater Industrial Buildings. Chad Burd with Kiemle Hagood handled the transaction.
