Spring is coming soon according to Punxsutawney Phil so I offer warm greetings from the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce team. This year has been rocking and rolling, and we have many things to celebrate. Let’s start with the newest members of the Recognition Gala Hall of Fame. The gala occurred the day after Valentine’s Day and love was definitely in the air. We had the honor of celebrating some of the brightest stars in our community. If you run into any of the people listed below, let them know how appreciated they are.

• Volunteer of the Year — Jerry Lyon

• Spirit of Post Falls — Post Falls Kiwanis

• Small Business of the Year — The Bunker Bar

• Business of the Year — Ziply Fiber

• Citizen of the Year — Lynn Borders

• And a special Heritage Award for a lifetime of impact on our community — Joe Doellefeld

There are a lot of great things happening in our community and it was wonderful to learn about just a few at the Gala. We have also welcomed 15 new investors this year and I would like to highlight them:
