After a decade working in human resources, Aaron Borg decided to combine his recruiting experience and his passion for content creation into his own business: Maverick Cameraworks, previously known as SevenNine Media.

In the four years since he launched his business, Maverick Cameraworks has grown into a full-stop professional media partner. Though Borg still works with businesses, he’s developed services for families to tell their stories through video series and interviews that bring out the best memories.

From social media photos, senior portraits, professional headshots and beyond, Borg’s focus is on storytelling.

“It matters to me because as humans, we relate and bond to one another most, through shared trauma, shared experiences and storytelling,” he said. “It’s a powerful way to connect.”

Borg takes the same care with every client he works with, regardless of the size of the project. From first contact to planning, shooting and postproduction, he emphasizes communication.
