40 Under 40: Alyssa Walsh

With a decade of experience in the beauty industry, specializing in bridal makeup, lash extensions and fostering the growth of fellow women entrepreneurs, Alyssa Walsh, 36, provides coaching on building confidence while developing their small creative enterprises.

"In 2023, alongside Jeff Prendergast and Lindsey Jones, I acquired Loft 41, envisioning it as a platform to empower like-minded businesswomen and create a space where women feel both beautiful and embraced," Walsh said. "We have created such a welcoming and fun environment for our employees, renters and customers."

Walsh said earning recognition as a North Idaho Business Journal 40 Under 40 recipient was a profound honor.

"Through dedicated efforts in supporting others' advancement and achievements, being acknowledged for these endeavors means a lot to me," she said.
