40 Under 40: Arwyn Robinson

Arwyn Robinson, 32, is the director of marketing for Advanced Benefits, having been with the company over 10 years.

In her role, she handles the company's marketing, communications, social media and event coordination. She also serves as the small business specialist, working with small business clients and their employee benefits needs.

Robinson attributes the ever-changing landscape employee benefits and human resources faces to the reason she's been in the industry for 12 years. Robinson is also passionate about her work in the community, serving on the board of directors for United Way of North Idaho and the Community Impact Council.

"There is so much work to be done in the community here in North Idaho," Robinson said. "I'm grateful to be a recipient of a 40 Under 40 award and the opportunity to bring greater awareness to the needs in our community."

When she's not at work, Robinson enjoys playing video games and Dungeons and Dragons with her friends, adventuring with her husband across the globe or (not so) quiet nights at home with her rambunctious goldendoodle, Maverick, and her Cavapoo puppy, Penny. She also aspires to be the "cool aunt" to her niece and nephews.
