40 Under 40: Nick Shriner

Realtor Nick Shriner, 34, is celebrating his 10th year with Windermere Realty.  

"I help my clients navigate the local real estate market, negotiate contracts on their behalf and provide guidance throughout the process," he said. "Through the years, I have enjoyed helping buyers, sellers, investors and snowbirds buying a summer home."

Shriner said he was humbled and excited when he saw his name on the North Idaho Business Journal's 40 Under 40 winner's list.

"I've worked hard the last 10 years serving my clients and friends and having that recognized in this journal means a lot," he said.

He said he is pleased to have so many extraordinary people in his corner.

"Being able to do this full time and provide for my family is a blessing," Shriner said. "I look forward to serving North Idaho for many years to come!"

In between helping clients, Shriner spends time with his amazing wife and twin boys.

"We fill our schedule with as many adventures as we can squeeze into the day!" he said.
